Throughout this statement of achievement, I have provided evidence of my ability to lead, as well as evidence of my impact on the Deakin community. The people I’ve met, the experiences I have had, and the lessons I have learned over the past two years have been invaluable and have contributed to the person I am today. Reflecting on my journey has brought a huge smile to my face.

I had multiple opportunities through coursework, internship, and student roles to improve my leadership skills and proved my ability to lead diverse projects and people. I have learned how powerful honesty can be, I have acknowledged the importance of active listening and reflecting on my strengths and weaknesses. The timeline is a summary of my journey to authentic leadership through collaboration and reflection.
