Learning never stops, and to improve myself as a leader I took the Cultural Intelligence Accelerator leadership program, sponsored by Deakin University. I learned the ability to thrive in multiple cultures by analyzing, evaluating, and articulating the implications of diversity based on my own experiences. The skills that I practiced the most were cross-cultural communication, managerial skills, the ability to build trust, critical thinking and problem-solving.
