Volunteering at Red Cross was another opportunity for me to help and provide support to the ones in need. I got the position of Retail Store Assistant at Swan St. Store. I was responsible for managing the store, manage the staff, help in boosting the sale and merchandising. I got associated with the organization as I wanted to help the community and the mission and ideologies of the Red Cross matched mine. I have always been enthusiastic and approachable to customers who came up to me and asked for specific help. I have used my emotional intelligence and sound judgment of the needs of the customers. This led to an increase in my awareness of the choices of customers and helped me to arrange the store accordingly.
