Deakin HULT On-Campus program is a program organized by the HULT International Business School, is an On-Campus program for young entrepreneurs who are willing to bring a change in the world with innovative ideas and make the earth a better place to live in. HULT promotes global leadership skills. I was appointed as the Sponsorship Officer in 2020. I had worked to provide support and resources to the participating teams. Besides, I had provided inputs to the organizing team to improve the event implementation. Based on my performance in 2020, I was asked to be the Deputy Campus Director in 2021, and I am helping with this year's campaign from scratch. This experience provided me with an opportunity to give students a platform where they could showcase their hidden potentials. Listening to the tips and experiences of the other student leaders helped me learn how I can act in certain situations.
